Embark on a sensory voyage and savor the finest wines from Domaine Comte Peraldi. You'll be accompanied by Corinne, a gourmet at heart and a fine gastronome, who has carefully selected the best "food and wine" pairings to enhance our jewel cases.

The tour begins in the vineyards, where our endemic grape varieties are grown, before venturing into the cellar, where you'll discover the different stages of winemaking, as well as the many caskets in which our precious vintages rest: from stainless steel tanks to concrete vats, from clay amphorae to oak barrels, the methods of wine-making will hold no secrets for you.

To round off your oenological escapade, let yourself be carried away by the organoleptic discovery of our wines, accompanied by delicious products and original flavors from our partners and local producers, who will delicately and subtly enhance the aromas of our cuvées.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE :

After a tour of the vineyards and wine, you'll be seated in the tasting room to start the workshop with a view of the vines. You'll be given a placemat with a board in the center, made up of different appetizers paired with a designated cuvée.

10.30am-10.35am: Welcome
10.35am-10.50am: Visit to the vineyard
10.50am-11.20am: Visit to the winery and cellar
11.20am-11.25am: Installation in the tasting room
11.25am-12.25am: Tasting of 6 cuvées and sensory workshop
