AMMO wire

At no. 4 rue de l'Assomption, a pretty, flower-filled facade catches the eye.
On it are 4 letters: AMMO. Let's push open the door and discover what's behind it...

From ephemeral pop-up store to workshop boutique

At the start of this adventure, AMMO consisted of ephemeral pop-up stores in Paris, then in Ajaccio, and an online boutique.

Almost a year ago, the concept store found its home on rue de l'Assomption, halfway between Cours Napoléon (the main thoroughfare) and rue Fesch (the pedestrian street).

As you pass through the door, you enter a large room with stone walls and, at the far end, a counter behind which a young girl is busy. This is Mona, the creator of AMMO. Welcome to this boutique-atelier, which means that everything is made right here.

Unique, eco-friendly creations

Jewelry, accessories, decorative objects... everything you see around you is handmade.

Concerned about the environment and wishing to participate in the solidarity economy, Mona uses recycled materials. Fabrics and leathers come from the dormant stocks of major fashion houses or local recycling centers. The objects in her home furnishings line and some accessories are upcycled: these materials become a new product of superior quality.

The terrycloth pouch collection is a collection of old terrycloth towels transformed into accessories. With this technique, you can extend the life of a fabric (or object) to which you are attached, but which has become unusable in its current state. Your favorite shirt is too worn to be worn and you can't imagine parting with it? Bring it to Mona, and she'll bring it back to life in an original way.

Passion, sharing, personalization

The creations are also reusable. The wires that adorn the jewels are replaced when they start to wear out.

AMMO offers a " candle deposit ". How does it work? The candles you buy can be refilled on demand. Don't be afraid to let your favorite candle burn down to the wick...

Passion, sharing, personalization

At AMMO, the 3 Ps rule: passion, sharing, personalization.

Mona loves to share her passion and pass on her know-how. She regularly offers introductory workshops. With her invaluable advice, you'll learn how to make your own candle or accessory (fashion or decorative). All in a friendly atmosphere! You'll leave with an original, personalized object!

Mona also shares her space with other island designers. A room adjoining the boutique is totally dedicated to them. Her dried flower arrangements even decorate neighboring boutiques.

It's hard to leave here empty-handed. Like us, you'll probably want to buy (almost) everything...
