Antoinette Nunzi was born in Bastelica, in the heart of the Prunelli valley. Born into a family of pork butchers, she is a "daughter of the soil", attached to her land and its traditions.
A land she left temporarily on graduating from high school. She headed for Paris, where she enrolled in a fashion school. One thing led to another, and she tried her hand at fashion journalism. An experience that took her to the catwalks of Milan...

Working in the world of fashion may have been a little girl's dream, but Antoinette is increasingly missing her island home. She returned to the village, but not without an idea in mind. Her project? To create a brand of identity jewelry. She imagines a souvenir gift different from those we already see everywhere. A souvenir for each person, based on their link with Corsica. Thus was born "Nanarella" in 2005...

Her charms are nustrale [from the country]. A fig, a sea urchin or "the key of Minnà..." all Corsican symbols. Everyone will find in these amulets a reminiscence dear to them...
