DISCOVER (OR REDISCOVER) THE MUSEUMS OF THE IMPERIAL CITY
Le mauvais temps est souvent l’occasion de visiter des monuments devant lesquels on passe sans forcément y prêter l’attention qu’ils méritent…
Did you know that the largest collection of Italian paintings in France, after that of the Louvres, was in Ajaccio? It is located at Fesch PalaceIt is named after Joseph Fesch, Napoleon's maternal uncle, who bequeathed his collection of paintings to the city.
You can also discover the gallery dedicated to Corsican painters, without forgetting the Imperial Chapel.

Nestled in the heart of the old town, this building is dedicated to the Bonaparte family (furniture, paintings and period decorations).
