"Only the real thing, only the good thing"
This is the motto of the two sisters who run the Maison Camedda biscuit factory. Camedda was their grandmother. The one who passed on their passion for pastry-making. To this can be added the experience they have acquired with the great names in pastry-making.
Delizii are their trademark. They are canistrelli (traditional dry biscuits) with a unique recipe. On the packets you will see a number, it is the number of the recipe validated after multiple tests...
In their shop, they prepare a different pastry every day. It is also possible (and highly recommended) to reserve it on their website as there will not be enough for everyone!
On the occasion of Easter, Maison Camedda offers caccavelli, the traditional Corsican Easter cake.
