Depuis l'été 2023, la brasserie Gilda propose une cuisine de type brasserie à base de plats raffinés et recherchés, à deux pas de la mairie d'Ajaccio. Les produits sont frais, les fruits et légumes locaux, les viandes françaises et les poissons issus de la pêche locale. Le tout, agrémenté de bowls et de tartines pour toutes les faims:

The wine list features 100% Corsican vintages. Café Gilda is open from 7 a.m. to midnight for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, dinner or an ice cream break, with delicious sorbets and ice creams made by an Ajaccio artisan. An address worth discovering!
