What to do in the Ajaccio region?
Many people have a strong belief in the power of the evil eye, which, if it were to look you in the face, would bring bad luck.
It is not always clear who might fall victim to it, so it is wise to wear a protective fetish. Our amulet, the hand, called the "gesture of the fig", is sure to attract the evil eye and protect the wearer from a fatal glance. This belief is still strong today in Corsica.
We bring this tradition back to life by creating our lucky charm, which is present on all our jewellery.
