Palatine Chapel, also known as the Imperial Chapel.
Forming the right wing of the Palais Fesch, the chapel is a listed historic monument.
Its construction, in St Florent stone, was financed by funds bequeathed by Cardinal Fesch and Napoleon III. Blessed on 9 September 1860, it is the sanctuary of the imperial family. In the crypt lie some members of the Bonaparte family, including Napoleon's father and mother and Cardinal Fesch.
The chapel is open and subject to change during the period May to October.
