We use top-of-the-range materials (goat's horn, ram's horn, chestnut wood, etc.) which we source close to home, in Ajaccio. In addition to sales, we offer a design, customization and sharpening service.

We strive to create original products that retain the rustic allure of traditional Corsican knives. Quality and authenticity are our watchwords in order to perpetuate the long history of Corsican knives, inseparable from that of our island.

Some of our knives are available immediately, while others are made to order.
