The Tower of Capo di Muro is located at the end of the southern shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio. It is reached by a small road after the village of Acqua Doria. It is a 40 minute walk from there. The tower, which dates from the 16th century, is built on a promontory in a completely wild site. It is the only tower in the Gulf of Ajaccio that can be accessed from the inside. From its top (15m high), you can admire the whole Gulf of Ajaccio.
