Macagna (pronounced magagna) means joke, hoax in Corsican.
The principle of this tour is simple: discover Ajaccio while having fun, followed by a tasting of Ajaccio PDO wines with a Master Sommelier.
1: The challenge tour: Guess if your guide "macagna" you ... or not.
At different stages of the walk, over real historical explanations, your challenge will be to unravel the truth of the explanations given by the guide during the tour of Ajaccio. The history of the city, Napoleon, anecdotes: everything is covered. But be careful! If you choose the wrong answer: a pastille! It's up to you to get the most "macagne"!
2: The aperitif-tasting:
After the walk, go to an atypical establishment in the city centre reserved for you. A Master Sommelier will welcome you with professionalism and humour. He will make you taste 3 different wines from the Ajaccio PDO (white, rosé and red) and will present the specificities of Corsican wines and vineyards. Good moments and beautiful meetings in perspective.
